Community Service: Rebuilding A Skatepark

This spring HatchSpace volunteers will be working with the Boys and Girls Club of Brattleboro to repair and spruce up the indoor skatepark at their Flat Street location.

Over the years, the skatepark has enjoyed use by hundred of young people. The ramps, pipes and other features have taken a beating and could use some love. In addition to a new coat of paint the skatepark will enjoy repairs by HatchSpace volunteers working alongside BGCB staff and community members.

The upgrades are made possible in part by a grant from Vermont Afterschool, numerous individual donors and the generosity of the HatchSpace community.
